This policy explains how My Growth Club LLC, a limited liability company organised in the District of Columbia (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, join our newsletter or buy our products.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your first name and email address when you join the newsletter or request a free template, and anything you send us by email.
- Purchase information: template purchases are processed by Notion on the Notion Marketplace. Notion collects your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as pages visited, browser type, device and approximate location, collected by our hosting provider and, where enabled, analytics and advertising tools.
How we use it
- To deliver products and free resources you request.
- To send our newsletter and updates you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar tools
We may use cookies and pixels from analytics and advertising partners (such as Meta and X) to measure visits, sign-ups and purchases. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based ads through your ad settings on those platforms.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run My Growth Club LLC, under their own privacy terms: Notion (template purchases, template delivery and subscriber list), Vercel (website hosting), Amazon (Journal orders placed on Amazon) and YouTube (embedded videos, loaded only when you press play). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving marketing, by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Union, the United Kingdom or Ghana), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States and wherever our providers operate.
